Barbichette 'Poc a Poc' Muscat 2023 (750ml)

Inspired by the Côtes Catalanes in the Roussillon region of France, Poc a Poc - “little by little” in Català - is a macerated muscat that’s immediately charming and uplifting with high tones of lime zest, honeysuckle, alpine flowers, fresh roses, and a hint of black tea. Spending about two weeks macerating and a subsequent eight months aging in a large foudre.
