California Stars Fool Bloom Light Red 2025 (750ml)

This is the new label from Shaunt and Diego (Les Lunes, Populis): A blend of mostly short maceration, carbonic and direct press reds, emphasizing the fruit and juiciness on the palate. There's just enough structure to give the wine some tension and crunch.

- 35% Grenache Noir from the Poor Ranch in Mendocino County. Carbonic Maceration

- 25% Nero d'Avola, Fox Hill Vineyard (Chris Brockway's Vineyard!), Mendocino County, overnight maceration on foot-tread then pressing

- 20% Merlot from our vineyard on Sonoma Mountain, direct press Rose

- 15% Counoise, from the Fernow vineyard in Lodi, destemmed 2 week maceration

- 5% Syrah, from our vineyard in Sonoma Valley, direct press rose.
