A beautiful deep garnet color. The nose evokes ripe red and blackberries. The palate is supple and round and presents a fruit aspect which is well balanced with firm tannins. Composed of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, Maucru is a very satisfying red which is a perfect recommendation to go with chicken, sausage, burgers and salads and perfect match-up with bistro-styled dinners.
