46% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot. Harvested from 9/9-9/22 in a much hotter vintage, also 10)% destemmed, fermented in concrete, then aged in both 400L and 12hl neutral oak. Michel favors a reductive environment for elevage, never topping, 19,000 bottles, 500 magnums, certified organic and biodynamic.
