55% Cabernet Sauvignon,, 20% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 11% Petit Verdot from 23 y/o vines on deep gravel soils in Macau, harvested in the final week of September. 100% destemmed fruit, fermented in small (40hl) to large (80hl) concrete vats. Aged on fine lees in 400L and 12hl neutral oak, returned to cement vats before bottling in late March 2023. 10,900 bottles produced, certified organic and biodynamic.
