TERROIR: Assemblage of the different terroirs identified on the domain. (Tuffeau / Red Clay / Flint Clay). Vines are 30 years old on average. It takes its name from the vine tears that appear at the end of winter. In fact, it's the first visible sign of the transition from a passive to an active life, like the start of a new cycle.

VINIFICATION: Direct press in stainless aged 6 months in tank.
