Cyril & Elliot 'Blouge' VdF 2024 (750ml)

A fun wine from the legendary Cyril Cuche, with the help of his nephew, Elliot. Primarily Cinsault made two ways - part as a rosé and part done by carbonic maceration. Those are blended with a little Grenache Gris & Blanc for added minerality and acidity. This is all topped off with a dash of Grenache Noir for depth and color and it all rests together in a large, round concrete tank. Violets and savory fruit.
