100% Chenin Blanc. Pretty golden dress with softly silvery reflections. In the nose, we enter an aromatic universe composed of ripe white fruits, apricot notes, and white flowers. We find these aromas in a rich palate and, in which the balance between sugar and acidity is really of a good level, pretty length on the aromas of white flowers and white fruits. Appetized as an aperitif, perfectly accompanies foie gras, blue cheese (Roquefort, Fourme d'Ambert ...) and fruit tarts (pears, apricots, Tatin).
