Description
Organic and biodynamic 97% Syrah and 3% Carignan, harvested early and put through a little carbonic maceration; kind of an homage to the Gamays from Beaujolais. Medium-bodied with tons of lively dark/blue fruit, endlessly drinkable. Enjoy with a slight chill!
