Description
• 60% Albarín Blanco and 40% Albillo on slate and anthracite (i.e. coal)
• Fermented separately with indigenous yeast; Albarín in used 600L demi-muid and Albillo in tank
• Aged two winters separately before being recombined for 3-6 additional months
• Unfined, unfiltered and unsulfured at bottling
This wine is crisp, clean, super mineral-driven and not overly fruity. No oak aging – this is refreshing with delightful acidity.
