100% Tinto Cão. The year 2020 was very good in the Douro region, ensuring penning of the grapes, resulting in the production of an enormously appealing wine. When young, this wine is specifically recommended for rich dishes with an intense flavors, such as pork loins, fried codfish and roast neck of pork. Over time the wine gains complexity and the tannins mellow, turning it into the ideal companion for roast leg of lamb or goat.
