Description
Tepextate likes to grow on steep inclines on the sides of mountains, in ravines
and cliffs. This makes the plants extremely difficult to harvest. Diego and his team harvest Tepextate
anywhere from 12 to 20 yrs based on their discretion. Dos Pasiones Tepextate shows an elegant restraint.
While it still has many notes expected of Tepextate such as ripe tropical fruits and coffee, it isn't overly sweet,
allowing aromas of roasted peanuts and wild herbs to enter the palate and balance out a glowing, easy to
enjoy Mezcal. Pairs well with seafood.
