Fruit sourced from the Montinore Estate Vineyard in Tualatin Hills AVA (WIllamette Valley). Farming is biodynamic and certified organic. 219 day skin maceration in egg-shaped fermenters, before maturing for two months in neutral French oak. Dry and textured, with notes of rosewater, grapefruit, lychee, orange blossom, salt and bergamot. No fining or filtration. 95 cases produced.
