A single malt whisky, produced at a single distillery in the Isle of Harris. Married for a minimum of 12 weeks prior to bottling. Unique and doesn’t sit in typical Island style Non-chill filtered and no colour added. Water sourced from Abhainn Cnoc a' Charrain, Tarbert, Isle of Harris. Fermentation times of 40% Medium (70 hours) + 60% Long (120 hours)
