Description
The Mundia is a zero-sulfur Kékfrankos-Cabernet Franc blend that was from Wassmann's biodynamic estate in Villány, in the south of Hungary. It was first created as the wedding gift to Ralf’s sister. Flavors of black cherries and wild peppermint on the nose, refreshing and juicy, with flavors like black forest cake, chewy raspberries and blackberries, cacao, wild peppermint and cream. Elegant, fresh and juicy. The wine was fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, and aged for 18 months in 220 liter used Hungarian and French oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined, zero sulfur added. 50% Kékfrankos, 50% Cabernet Franc. Unfiltered and unfined, zero sulfur added. Certified organic (2003) and biodynamic (2011).
