This Pays d'Oc Cabernet Sauvignon red is brought to you by the winemakers of the Saint Bauzille de la Sylve Cooperative. Founded in 1939, this cooperative is one of the oldest. Today, it is made up of 160 associated winemakers who cultivate 930 hectares of vines in the Grès de Montpellier and Languedoc appellations. TASTING NOTES: Bright purple, its bouquet is powerful and elegant. It harmoniously blends cherry and blackcurrant. Its rich body unfolds its exquisite flavors and evokes dark fruits.
