After a decade and half of maturation this is the oldest age statement bourbon made by Knob Creek. With a nose of caramelized oak and luscious vanilla, smooth caramel and toffee perfectly paired with toasted oak and light leather on the palate and lastly a finish with a warming spice joined by a slight floral bouquet.
