100% Carignan, 93yr old vines planted by Vincent’s Grand-father. Poor soil, dry, sandy and rocky. 100% hand harvested, destemmed fruit, 1 month fermentation in tank with daily remontage (pump over) and délestage. Aged about 1 year in tank. 4,000 bottles produced on average per year.
