The grapes for this basic cuvée of Sancerre are sourced from the vineyards in Bué, Vinon and Crézancy. Bright, crisp, clean and concentrated, this cuvee is full of lemon, peach, lime and mineral goodness. With considerable amounts of lees contact, the wine is rich but retains the acidity that all Sauvignon Blanc should. Classic Sancerre from a remarkable producer.
