100% Verdelho. Moon and hand harvested, direct press of whole bunches. Cold soaked, no sulfites added, and unoaked. Granite and schist soils.

Nose: Medium intensity with aromas of pineapple and citrus.

Palate: Medium bodied with nice texture, solid acidity and lengthy finish.
