The Manenti Frappato is organically-farmed in Sicily by husband and wife team of Marita and Guglielmo Manenti. The Frappato grape is a fresh and vibrant variety with a sapid and rich palate of morello cherry and wild herbs. In the glass the wines delicate floral notes are framed by a balanced acidity, and soft tannins. Try with a slight chill and serve with grilled swordfish.
