Tangerine, lemon peel, baked apple, honey, pineapple, quince, guava, almond, florals, nutmeg, ginger and so much more. Decidedly Burgundian and dreamy in every way. Spontaneous fermentation in old French oak with 10 months of fine lees contact, then a second aging in stainless steel for another 10 months. Organic and biodynamic, ultra-small production.
