The 2018 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs L'Angélique is another terrific wine in this range from Mouzon-Leroux. It offers a captivating expression of Chardonnay shaped by the north-facing slopes of Verzy. Citrus peel, chalk, mint, slate and white pepper sizzle with tension. What a gorgeous wine this is. No dosage. Disgorged: April 2024; multiple disgorgements throughout the year.
