Location: The town of Poysdorf, in the north-east of the Lower Austrian wine-growing region Weinviertel, about 15 km from the Czech border. Varietal: 100% Zweigelt Average Vine Age: 20 years Elevation: 225 meters Soil: Loess Farming: Certified Organic Vinification: Grapes were harvested and stemmed and crushed and pressed. The wine was made from a blend of saigné and direct press juice. Fermentation with selected organic yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Wines were bottled after short aging in stainless steel. Total sulfites: Less than 100 mg/L
