This is an unfiltered and unfined orange Tramini hailing from the volcanic organic vineyards of Pálffy in Köveskál, north of Lake Balaton. 7 days skin contact, and subsequent aging on the lees in stainless steel. The wine is balanced, with intriguing flavors of spicy orange peel and green tea. Zero sulfur added. Certified organic (2010).
