Organic/biodynamic, unfined/unfiltered. Low added SO2 Fragrant, perfumed orange wine with floral tones, light pithy notes and a fine texture. A great introduction to Orange. Take a sip and you're in on the joke with her, too…" -The Wine Maker 30 days of skin contact, the free run juice then rests undisturbed on its lees, resulting in an extra fresh white with light bubbly lift. It is bottled unfined, unfiltered and with very minimal sulfites.
