Winemaking: Grenache Blanc and Orange Muscat – destemmed, 5 day maceration. Ribolla Gialla – destemmed and pressed when dry (2 weeks). Chardonnay – destemmed and pressed when dry (10 days). Picpoul and Albariño – direct press.
