Description
100% Zinfandel, Grapes undergo a short cold soak to enhance aromatics and color. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, using gentle punch-downs and pump-overs to manage tannin extraction and preserve fruit purity. The wine is aged for 14 months in American oak barrels, with 25% new oak used to add structure and layers of warm spice, without overpowering the varietal character.
