This High Proof blanco is tahona-crushed, still strength, and rested for six months in glass to round off the palate. An extraordinary tequila and a Siembra-lovers favorite.
*Tahonas are a traditional method of agave sugar extraction. They are gigantic, two-ton stone wheels that are rolled over the agave until it is crushed, and the extracted juices are then fermented. Siembra Valles fermentation also features the bagasse (the remaining agave fibers after the crush) which creates a final product with more pronounced notes of cooked agave.
