Szent Donát Tufa 2022 (750ml)

The Tufa is a blend of Kékfrankos (50%), Cabernet Franc (25%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) from the basalt soils of the Tihany peninsula on Lake Balaton, western Hungary. Spontaneous fermentation without temperature control in wooden vats, and then aging on the fine lees for 10 months in steel, oak barrels and ceramic eggs. Juicy and fresh, with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and chocolate. Certified organic.
