100% Riesling Hand-harvested from Kick On Ranch Vineyard in Los Alamos, Santa Barbara County, is grown on soils composed of ancient beach & diatomaceous earth, chert, limestone. This pét-nat is bottle-conditioned, unfined, unfiltered, so the naturally occurring sediment remains at the bottom of the bottle and will cause the wine to be cloudy, once opened. No added sulfur.
