Nero D'Avola is indigenous to Sicily and one of its most important grapes. It tends to make full-bodied wines with intense notes of dark fruit, cocoa and pepper.
Corrado is the 3rd generation of his family to farm this small estate, growing vegetables, olives and grapes. Certified organic and powered by renewable energy, the wines are made naturally, with a light touch.
This certified organic winery uses renewable energy as well as recycled glass and cork. The nose is reminiscent of a vacation abroad, with its dark exotic fruit and sun-baked earth. The palate is smooth with hints of celery on the finish.
