TR Tokaj Radicals Dry 2019 (750ml)

This is a clean, acid-driven dry Tokaji blend from the TR Tokaj Radicals' organic vineyards in Tállya, Tokaj. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank, and aging in stainless steel (75%) and 300L Hungarian oak (25%). Only 1500 bottles made. Apple blossom on the nose, with pears, cinnamon and almonds dominating on the palate. Furmint 80%, Hárslevelü 20%. Unfined, certified organic (2020).
